No WiFi

So, I decided to take virgin up on the offer to upgrade my modem. The engineer came last night. Put in my new modem and I now have no wifi. I'm told the modem needs to update, but it has been flashing since 6pm last night. The modem comes up in the list of available wifi networks and you can put the password in but when the log in page comes up the page is onpletely blank and the modem flashes on. Any ideas in what to do next?

I'm so sorry about this. It sounds as if something may have gone awry with your account at the time the upgraded service & Hub were put through. I've some more information I'd like to share with you via PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) so please reply when you can.
