No WiFi access

Hi, recently I'm having to reboot my Superhub 2 to regain WiFi access. Sometimes I just lose 5ghz, sometimes both 2.4 and 5ghz.

Any ideas before I bin it for another device?

Sorry to hear about the problems you're having with your wireless connection, I know this is inconvenient.

 

Have you tried changing your operating wireless channel yet? If not we've got a help article - Changing the Virgin Media router's wireless channel / frequency that'll show you how to log into your Hub and make the changes.

Hi thanks for the reply, yes I tried changing the WiFi channels for both bands. I've now put the Superhub in modem mode and bought a new router which performs much better with 10+ devices.
