Welcome to our Community though apologies for not reaching your post sooner. For VPN access you'll need to enable PPTP throughput in the Hub settings. I'm not able to locate your Hub details from here and can't determine your Hub model from the information provided, so am unable to provide step-by-step instructions. However this link - how to access your Hub's advanced settings - will explain how to login to the GUI. Just click on the Icon that represents the Hub type you have.
However, if you're using a Hub 3 you'll need to check the IPv4 firewall protection option (under advanced settings > security > firewall) but de-select the other 3 options.
Or enablemodem modeand connect your own router to the Hub. The PPTP passthrough option should be included in a future firmware upgrade but the above should suffice as a workaround in the meantime.
The version I have has advance settings that I can access but it does not have Modem Mode. In the Advanced Setting I do not have access to PPTP throughput.

So, I am note sure if I should just ask virgim to change my hardware or if there anything else I can do.
