No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Hi,

For the past few months i have been experiencing issues with my SuperHub 2 where the wireless signal will drop out 2-3 times a day (although the wired connection's will stay stable), needing a power cycle of the device.

Upon further investigation on this forum i have found that i am receiving multiple 'No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out' errors each day which may be the symptoms of an upstream issue requiring an engineer to visit.

Advice on the forum has been to post a fresh question to be picked up by the mod's.

Below is a copy of my network logs and power levels.

Cheers

Warren

Re: No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Hi wozza_c,

Sorry to hear you've been having problems with internet drop outs, Apologies for any inconvenience.

I have tested things from here and I noticed a large number of T3's across your upstream channels inside your Hubs logs. An engineer will be required to attend in order to resolve this for you.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this all booked and secured for you.

Take care,

Thanks,

Adam.
