No Broadband and frantic lights on Superhub

Hi
Had no broadband all day. Tech support keep saying there is an intermittent network fault but I am getting no service at all so concerned that it might be the superhub.

All of the 3 superhub lights are flashing frantically all of the time. When I power off and on again the lights immediately start flashing frantically again. This doesn't look right.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

seen it many times, usually a faulty plug

Yeah, if 3 lights are like a stobe light its normally the power plug

Ok, thanks. Not sure how I fix that given it is a specific Netgear transformer plug?

Probably need to get Virgin out then?

Hi GaryA, 

Thanks for letting us know about your issues with your broadband not working and all the lights flashing on the SuperHub, I apologise for any inconvenience.

I've run some diagnostics from here and I noticed that there's a lot of T3 time outs inside the Hubs logs, I would like to arrange for an engineer to attend and investigate things further for you.

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.

Hi Adam

That is slightly worrying as 2 days after my post a new Superhub (3.0) was sent out installed and all has been well since with well over 100mb on a download speed test. All seems well at my end now so no need for an engineer as far as I can see.

I've double checked everything from our end and I've not been able to pick up further issues via the equipment or network.
