Hi, I have been with virgin many years now and have had no problems connecting to wifi with my laptop. I have had a new super hub installed last week and now can't connect laptop to the wifi. All other devices connect no problem. The network is visible on laptop and asks me for security password but says can't connect. Please help! I am not very good with these things lol

Welcome to the forum and sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting your laptop to the hub. I would suggest logging into the hubs config pages through one of the other devices on 192.168.0.1 and changing the wireless security type from WPA auto to WPA2 PSK AES. Some devices have trouble with the Auto function and this may help. I would also suggest double checking what security type the laptop thinks you're entering and ensuring it's WPA.
