Sorry to hear about the deteriorating wireless connection you're experiencing. Before we look into replacing your equipment, we need to try changing your wireless channel, often this will improve issues caused by wireless interference.

actually I got through to the helpdesk who arranged to deliver a new Superhub 3, but it never turned up (despite getting the texts saying it was being delivered tomorrow etc etc), so I'll have to chase it.
