New Superhub?

Hello

I've been on Virgin Media for 3-4yrs, and my wifi has been getting less and less reliable recently. Could it be that I need a new superhub? how can I go about this?

Sorry to hear about the deteriorating wireless connection you're experiencing. Before we look into replacing your equipment, we need to try changing your wireless channel, often this will improve issues caused by wireless interference.

actually I got through to the helpdesk who arranged to deliver a new Superhub 3, but it never turned up (despite getting the texts saying it was being delivered tomorrow etc etc), so I'll have to chase it.
