Everything else is working but my phone just won't find the Virgin network! I have looked at everything online, tried messing with settings and removing the SIM card. I think this is relatively common for Samsung phones so I am hoping someone will know what to do!
I can't sign up to a Virgin account to ask a question directly because my phone won't receive SMS messages due to no network.
I'll be happy to help out with this. I have become aware of similar reported issues with the S7 though these are not ISP specific. Wasn't aware of similar problems with the S6 though shall look into this.
I would like to know what frequency your Wi-Fi is transmitting on, 2.4GHz or 5GHz. If you have a Super Hub you'll only be able to select one or the other and I wonder if that's a factor? I'd like to test your Hub from here so please reply to my PM (purple envelope icon, top right of page) when you can and we'll see what we can do/advise to help
