I was wondering if anyone could help me with this.
I have just started my contract with virgin media and did a self installation of the 3.0 hub router. And from the first day I had problems with it. I rang up the customer services and the gentleman said that there were issues at their end on Saturday so I thought maybe after that day it would be fine but no.
The internet keeps crashing. The wifi light keeps flashing, and there is no connection or it is very slow.
When I ran the tests on it yesterday it keeps saying that my router is switched off, but it isn't.
Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with your connection, it sounds frustrating. Looking at your Hub, I don't see anything obviously wrong. Are you having the same problems with your hard-wired connections or just the wireless? When you notice the crashes, do you think your Hub is rebooting or just dropping the connection for a moment?
