Network not available

Hi

For about a week now The internet goes off at about 2am and doesn't come back on until several hours later, It was 8:30 this morning.

I have tried resetting the superhub, checked all my connections which are fine, and checked it isn't overheating.

It was working fine until this.

When this happens the blue lights showing 2.5 and 5 and the power symbol are all on. The blue tick is off and the blue up and down arrow is green.

Any help please.

My Daughters internet is doing the same now but mine is ok at the moment.

She is also on Virginmedia and only lives 1/2 mile from me.

Thank for getting in touch, I am sorry to see you have been having trouble with your connection. 

 

I have taken a look and your downstream power levels are much too high. I cannot see any issues in the wider area.

 

I would like to get an engineer out to have this corrected for you. I will pop you a PM keep an eye out for the Purple Envelope, top right hand corner.
