My network connection is repeatedly dropping out - sometimes just for short periods, other times for hours, then it seems to fix itself.
I see a common error on the hub -
Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out;CM-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CMTS-MAC=**:**:**:**:**:**;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
Any suggestions? As it is an intermittent problem getting someone out to fix something is problematic as the time I know it tends to happed is between 8 and 10 pm.
Hi, prob worth posting your levels on here.
It takes 1-2 weeks on here before a member of virgin staff will get to this.
Also just to confirm do you have the same problems wired and wireless

Sorry to hear about your connection problems. I've taken a look at this but I don't see any errors this evening. Please test your hard-wired connection and let us know if you struggle with that too.
