Network changed error message

Have an original SuperHub 1.  Supposedly 70 mbit service (best I have seen is 35).  Last few months, a lot of poor performance over wifi for all devices in the house.  Numerous times get a "Network Changed Error" message, dropped connections, very frustrating.  Have tried different channels, nothing seems to improve the reliability.

Sorry about your poor WiFi performance and thanks for reconfiguring your wireless settings prior to posting Smiley Happy

I suspect your Hub may be on it's last legs so have ordered a replacement for you. Details are:

  • The new Hub should arrive within the next few days.
  • The courier, Yodel, will leave contact details should re-delivery arrangements be needed.
  • A text will be sent (to the mobile number we have listed for you) the day prior to delivery advising of an ETA.
  • Full setup and activation instructions will be included.

Modem arrived and is thus far more stable and much faster than the old one.

Hi, 

I have exactly the same problem as mack62 - slow wifi, despite paying for the fastest connection, that keeps dropping and sending error messages despite us not being heavy users and I also have an original superhub - I really on the wifi connection for work, is it possible to try a replacement?
