Many people keep posting and asking the same question. What is the problem with my internet access?
As many other have mentioned (and no answer), my Hub 3.0 device information looks like this:
Standard specification compliant: DOCSIS 3.O Hardware version: 10 Software version : 9.1.116v Cable MAC address: (not sharing) Cable modem serial number:AAAP62494306 System up time: 0days 0h:5m:42s Network access: Blocked
Why?? Why is this happening ? I'm running the network diagnostics and the error is to contact the service provider.
I've been speaking with you guys for 5 times. This problem happens too often, then the engineer come around, looking at the cable and he said is fine. It works for a few days and the internet is down again.
Now I have to wait 1 week (without internet) for someone to come check yhe cable, say is fine and walk away. Really???
