Having issues again with my internet is dropping out every few minutes again. I went in to my network logs and this is what's showing:


Anyone know anything on what's up?

Hi Rossa1298, 

 

Thanks for letting us know about your connection dropping out, I apologise for any inconvenience.

I have tested things from here and I can see a number of time outs inside the Hubs logs. An engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this for you. I will send yopu a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
