Network Availability (C130)

I have the C130 error showing, but have also seen M59 with a message that I only have one day of programming left and nothing will be recorded. All channels in 24 hour's time show 'To Be Announced'.

I called the helpline and the automated service ran a 'test' but found nothing, so I spoke to an operator who also ran a 'test' but gave no information other than that I would need to have an engineer visit and they are booked for two day's time, but I would rather not wate their time if there's something I can do this end.

I have switched the whole thing on and off at the wall and rebooted. I rebooted using 'Home/Settings' twice - once using the 'missing channels tab, but still have no programmes showing for Friday.

If anyone can offer advice I'd be very grateful.
