Netflix buffering to 25% issue

Hi, when is the Netflix issue going to be fixed? Buffering only happens when trying to watch on tv and can see that this is well known issue since 2014. Have tried everything that had been suggested by the tech team and the same think happens. Buffering to 25% then saying not connected to the Internet. Thank you

Hi Scullyelizabeth, 

 

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue with this. 

 

Checking your TiVo® box, it looks as though there are 2 different issues affecting you. 

 

The first is a fault on the line: F004241820. The next review date is for the 22nd February and we will know more then. 

 

The second is that your power levels are out and need adjusting. We'll need an engineer to come out to resolve this one.
