Netflix 25% nonsense

ive tried changing all wifi channels, hard wiring the lg smart tv into the hub 3 and even stopping the network error whatever that's been suggested a fix.

this issue is now affecting amazon video as well as a Netflix.

bbc iPlayer works fine.

is their really anything that can mean I can watch the above on my smart to?  It only started 3 days ago as an issue - for 4 months it was fine.

VM I spoke for 30 mins on the phone to you and changed every channel on the hub you suggested. Anything else I can do?

I'm sorry to read that you are having issues with Netflix, Amazon Video and Netflix.

 

From checking your connection, the upstream power levels are too high and I would like to arrange for an engineer appointment to adjust these for you.
