I've recently swapped over to Virgin broadband and my iPhone will no longer find my Netatmo relay. I've seen on the forum that this may be a common problem for other thermostats too. Please advise as to fix the problem. Many thanks.

I'm sorry to read that you are having issues connecting your Netatmo to your network.
With the Hub 3 this broadcasts the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz as one network. You can log into the router settings to separate these and re-name them something different to make it easier for your devices to connect. To do this type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, sign in with the details underneath the router, on the left under Advanced go to Wireless.
