Nearly a week without"On Demand" or broadband

Managed to speak to someone, but although "nice" they cannot help as they are told nothing.

so it seems we just have to wait - how long???

If there's anyone from Virgin out there, it would be great if you could just own up and  

tell us the problem. It is costing a fair bit to have t access this site via BTFon!

Also PLEASE stop the "there is nothing wrong" messages, then we will run a check ,oh and then wait ten minutes while we fix it.This is nonsense,


tell us the problem.

Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear about your connection being off for a week or so, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I've tried to run some checks on your connection but I was unable to locate any of your details via your forum account. I'll need to confirm some information with you before I'm able to proceed with diagnostics.
