My own We site will not load when at home on my Virgin Media set up.
I have web safe and the virgin antivirus switched on but I cannot load my own site or the channel need to maintain it. I went into the web safe controls and put my address in as sites not to be blocked but no change. Anyone help?

Put your hub into modem mode and see if you can connect. If you can connect in modem mode, you've been IP banned by your hosting provider. This can happen from fumbling cpanel logins etc (innocent mistake.) In the case of this scenario, contact your hosting provider and ask them to unban you. Provide them the WAN IP address you have when your hub is in router mode.
If you cannot connect in modem mode, then provide trace route log copies here in your topic. One from when you're in modem mode and one from when you're in router mode.
