The new Hub has a different network number and the printer, which is a HP ENVY 4500 does not recognise it. I have tried the Network Wizard on the printer but it didn't work. Any ideas? Has anyone else had a similar problem?
Really sorry to hear about the difficulties you're having with your printer following the install of your new Hub. We might have an incompatibility issues on our hands. Can you please ensure you printer software and drivers are fully up to date, you can usually download updates from the manufacturers website. When this is done, please try and do a manual set-up, by entering the new SSID and wireless password.
