My Internet Has Switched to IPv4

My internet was working fine, however, a few days ago i now only have an IPv4 Connection on all my devices and a Strict NAT Type on my Xbox One? I would love to have some help on this issue as I cannot find any information or help online.

This is a Virgin Media UK forum and VM UK curerntly only provide IPv4 connections, are you a VM Ireland customer?

My setup: Vivid 200 Optical fibre with Superhub 2 in modem mode connected to a Netgear R7000 router. Telewest/VM user since 2001.

No im based in Surrey, england. I did have IPv6 a few weeks ago.

@jtTRIPPY Are you sure all devices had IPv6 address before and not just the Xbox One? See this post from @Kippies which explains more about how the Xbox One uses IPv6:

All the evidence from VM UK is that they have not yet started using IPv6.
