My Hub 3 will not work on start up each morning.

This has got progressively worse over the last few weeks. I now takes 20/30 minutes before it rectifies itself. I operate an iMac and an iPad and both are affected.

Maybe you could post your modem stats to see if it's a circuit issue.

192.168.100.1. And click CHECK ROUTER STATUS

Then copy/paste the upstream & downstream power levels and the network log.

It takes the VM bods at least a week to get to a thread so we might as well triage.

Hi, 

Do I just paste 192.168.100.1 into the browser? It just said Safari cannot find the swerver.

Then please try 192.168.0.1

You need to be sure that you are indeed connected wirelessly or wired to the Hub 3.

This may be the solution to my problem. 

During regular vacuuming the Hub 3 was knocked to the ground by accident. Since then I have not had a repeat of the problem mentioned.
