I'm getting as little as 6Mbp but usually 20-45Mbp during the day with my 100Mbp connection. I've been told it is due to the over subscription of the street cable box and that it was being upgraded before the end of January but I'm still getting the same poor speed during the day although I'm getting 90-100 at 1am!
How can I find out if they were just delayed with the work, cancelled it or can't speed it up as my postcode is showing no broadband issues!
Sorry to hear you're getting poor speeds, I've just checked your connection and there are no area faults open and all the stats from your hub look healthy. How are you testing speed? if wireless could you try a wired connection and let us know if your speeds improve?
