Massive Problems - T4 errors

Today both our Tivo and BB lost signals at the same time.

Both are back for the time being but i keep getting these kind of errors.

Something is seriously wrong with the internet right now.

What is this DBC-ACK not received i keep getting??

Hi bazadwalker, 

Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear about your issues with T4 errors, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and there's a lot of time outs inside the Hubs logs. I would like to arrange for this to be investigated further for you by one of our engineers.
