I need help, I have a broadband with virgin.I've been having a constant loss of connection and very low signal (no server found etc.) Running test-speed 32.5 p/s but should be 100!!!
Callin virgin they said there is no connection problem from them, advice restart router-done. Still same trouble.
Any advice please...
Hopw are you testing?
Wired direct to hub? wireless? phone? laptop? pc?
I have wire to the router then wii fii to pc.
If you are connecting wireless, there's a LOAD of factors could be affecting your speed. Can you connect wired and run a speedtest?
Welcome to the community and I'm sorry to learn that you're experiencing issues with your broadband.
Were you able to try what Kippies suggested and run a speed test through a wired connection?
