well I see that you have had no response!!
I also have received 27 on Friday and 33 today.
I contacted virgin via chat who then advised that I was not 'chatting' to the correct team and to start again via broadband then steps 1,2,and three which I did started chat once again, and was being asked numerous questions, sorry I assumed that if I gave fault nuber, and the problem they could check on how the updates were being generated WRONG!!! In the end gave up and closed chat down. I have now updated and cancelled my request on updates for this fault sincerely hope that works!
