Lost connection

Hello. The internet connection on my hub is down since the afternoon. I ran a test on my virgin media account, however it says that my broadband is 'switched off' when it is obviously turned on.

There is blinking green arrows and the base led is green as well. Is the hub updating itself or is there a connection problem to my hub?
