Sorry to read that you are having issues with your broadband connection.
In regards to the time-outs within the router, these are showing as the same time-stamp. If you can reset these and monitor to see if they appear again please, then re-post the network log, that would be great. On the downstream, 2 channels were showing as low Modem SNR (signal to noise ratio), however this is now showing as within range, which is good.
With the slow speeds, there is a high peak time traffic fault in your area which is causing slow speeds. The reference number is F004934267 and has a review date of 12th April. Do you only notice these speeds at peak hours or can it be at any time? Are you testing through a wired or wireless connection?
