Loss of internet, often, and it's getting annoying.

I got back from a weekend away on Monday to find the connection down, it was fixed after a couple of hours.

It was out again yesterday most of the day.  I don't often pick up the phone to speak to VM but I did this time. Highly amusing call with someone on the support desk suggesting he'd get cameras installed to make sure people don't go into the comms cabinets.  He didn't just entertain me, he confirmed there was a fault.

Out again today from about 11:00 - 14:00.

Was at my mother's a couple of weeks ago and while I was there she had an outage too.

I'd like to know some details of what's going wrong in my area and what is being done to fix it, so that I get back some degree of confidence that I am going to be able to get my work done over the internet.

Checked out BT's offers today and I am thinking of a switch.

One more outage this week and I am gone.
