For the past few days my internet has been losing connection for a wee while then reconnecting but yesterday it went down for several hours and so I gave up and went to bed so I do not have a clue when it reconnected again . I phoned 3 times and got the automated message that they were working on it so c'mon Virgin Media just what is going on as this is becomming a bad habit .

I have tested the connection from here and I noticed that your Hubs logs have a large number of T3 time outs inside. I would need to arrange for an engineer to attend in order to get this resolved for you.
