Loss of connection and slow speeds.

Hey there we have been having issues with our internet recently with slow speeds and total loss of internet happening fairly regularly.

I noticed it a couple of days ago and it's gotten progressively worse. It started with T4 timeouts and now it's T3 timeouts.

Here is the log:

Our speeds are usually 220 download and 12 upload but it's jumping up and down around 100 download and 3 upload.

hiya @StephenBl rather high amount of T3 issues, could you post the downstream/upstream and operational config details.. also with the connection is this wired/wireless?

The connection is wired.

your PostRS errors are extremely high, the preRS not much of issue.. if you reset the counters do they still increase into massive numbers, since this could caused by so many issues, would really need to be checked bt broadband support or via forum team which can take around 5+ days.

Sorry to read you are having issues with your broadband connection.

 

From checking your connection, the upstream power levels have risen to 53 dBmV and for this I would like to arrange for an engineer appointment to check this over. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.
