Loss of broadband since 24th feb

Hi,

My broadband went down in Manchester M40 area on friday the 24th - been told it will be fixed today by lunch time, Still not fixed

Now I am unable to phone to get an update. This is a totally appalling service level,

Even more frustrating as we had a week of problems just 2 weeks before this happened, so almost a month with very intermittent or no service.  

Then 150 helpline goes down. Disgraceful

hiya @bigcol those are common background errors, would really need to see the downstream and upstream

My sincere apologies for the loss of service you're currently experiencing. I've taken a look at this and I can see that we're currently working on a SNR fault in your area. We're hoping to have this resolved by 8th March, but until then you might notice your services are intermittent.
