Loss of Internet - Norwich / Peterborough area

The router has the green WiFi Symbol, but the 2 arrows flash green for about 1-2 mins then flashes red then back to green. I've restarted the router multiple times, any to fix this?

They just updated the virgin media status page with a fault and saying the issue should be fixed by 17:40 must be a Norfolk wide issue Smiley Sad

Hi all,

Apologies for this. 

We have a reported service outage in the Peterborough /Norwich / Great Yarmouth areas.

Some customers may be experiencing difficulty connecting to Broadband  or Video on Demand services.

Our engineers are currently investigating, we'll keep you posted with any updates.

Problems here in NR5 too. Websites either slow or non-working. Connected through a VPN now which seems fine.

Are you sure, can connect stuff via eithernet but not by wifi. Now on phone to them will update what they say

Ok after a long talk still no fix. Being sent out a new router. Is everyone else working fine as it seems really strange that I can connect via eithernet but unable to get any internet with wireless devices. We have tried a full reboot on the hub 3 with no joy
