Loss of Broadband

Problem for more than a month now. Was told it was a known fault a couple of weeks ago and then told it was fixed. Seemed Ok for about a week but now it seems that at 8pm every evening the rooter reboots itself several times. Unable to watch BBC I player as it keeps freezing and dropping out. Every time I get the line checked it comes back as no fault - well there is but obviously if the line check is done when the broadband is working it would not show a fault! Fed up with ringing Customer service as just go round in circles.
