Losing internet intermittently. T3 & T4

I'm losing internet regularly but intermittently, also getting pixilation on the TV and recordings on the V6 box. There doesn't seem to be a particular time of day, it seems totally random. This started straight after upgrading from an old Tivo to the new V6. This is wired, not wifi.

Having read a few posts on here I checked the router status: quite a few T3 timeouts and last week a load of T4 (though I didn't save the log that day). See below.

I also have up and downstream logs for 3 days but I didn't want to make this post too long Smiley Wink

Re: Losing internet intermittently. T3 & T4

Hi TiredGeek,

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

I'm sorry to read you are experiencing intermittent connection. I can imagine how annoying this must be.

From checking your connection, the upstream power levels are too high and for this I would like to book an engineer appointment to adjust these for you. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) with some details for you to confirm please.

Look forward to hearing from you
Sam
