I am having problems with my hub login. I have tried the password on the base but I keep receiving the same error message. I have included a screenshot. I am also wondering if this is even the right login screen?

Sorry to hear you're struggling to access your Hub settings, can you confirm that you're entering the settings password rather than the wireless password. If you still have problems then it might be a good idea to perform a factory reset (pin into the reset hole for 30 seconds) just in case the password has been changed from the default.
