Terrible product. We're getting super slow speeds on both out machines.
We have one week from tomorrow (6th) to cancel our contract under the cooling off period. We're in PO4 9EQ (Portsmouth)
Can someone from Virgin Media help us out or are we off to BT, Sky, ...? Will they all be the same - is this a bandwidth saturation issue?

Are you using a wired or wifi connection to check yor speed? If the latter then VM won't accept there's a problem.

My apologies that you are experiencing slow broadband speeds.
I've managed to locate your account and it appears that you are affected by a high peak time traffic fault in your area. The reference number is F002806680 and has a review date of 29th March.
Do you notice these speeds at all times of the day or just during peak hours?
Were these tests completed through a wired or wireless connection?
