Super Hub Router is flashing as if broadband is working, however screen icons indicate no internet access.
I'm told RESTARting may help.
It may or may not be related to accepting Windows 10 upgrade?

Sorry to hear about your connection problems, it sounds frustrating.
I've just checked your Superhub and it's currently offline, this means you've either turned it off, or there's a fault.
