Laptop can't see network but all other devices can

Hi I have one laptop that can't see my network but 2 other laptops and various phones and iPads can.

Could you share the IP Address/Subnet/Gateway/DNS settings from one of the working devices and what settings you have on the faulty laptop?

Can the laptop see any other wireless networks? If not it would be worth checking that the wireless is turned on.

What laptop is it? Are you using Windows 10.

I would update the Laptop's wifi adapter's drivers from the adapter's manufacturer's website.

I would check the adapter's IPV4 properties and check that the obtain IP address and DNS addresses are set to automatic.

Try setting the hub to use WPA2 with AES security, as some devices do not handle WPA auto very well.

... and have you tried in the Command Windows:

IPCONFIG /RELEASE followed by
IPCONFIG /RENEW

Thanks all for your advice,

The problem resolved itself. After 10 days of not being able to see the network, it just appeared. So all sorted!
