Keeps disconnecting

Good morning,

I am experiencing some network issues. It keeps disconnecting every hour and connection comes back after a minute. During the period of no connectivity arrow indicator on hub is flashing in white and tick symbol blinks in blue colors.

I have restarted the hub, checked connections.

It makes many things impossible to do and other things become frustrating.

Please see the copy of my hub log. It would be nice if this issue was resolved asap.

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy I'm sorry to learn of the disconnections you've been experiencing and I'll certainly take a look into this with you. 

I've run some checks on your hub and the downstream power levels are a bit too high which could cause you some issues. I'd like to arrange for an engineer visit to look into this so i'll send you a PM (purple envelope, top right corner) for some additional info and get this arranged.
