any work going on in SS2 area. Lights on modem going crazy yesterday and today, losing internet connection in middle of emails etc.....
Have you used the Check Service Status (top right of this page) to see whether there is any known problem in your area? Also have you tried rebooting the hub?

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and everything is looking quite healthy at the moment. Are you still experiencing issues?

TiVo box rebooted itself again yesterday. Network dept were supposed to be keeping an eye on it. Completely lost internet upstairs. Don't see why we should pay for booster when engineer moved the router and threw away the cable.

I have taken a look and things seem ok from this side. That being said I am having a little trouble seeing your power levels.
So we can investigate further please pop the Hub Stats up:
192.168.0.1 in the browser, log in Username is admin and the password will be changeme, unless you have changed it.
Go to Advanced settings.
Go to Network Status, copy the results back here.
Got to Net work log, pop those results back here too.
