Internet really slow 24/7

My internet is really slow 24/7 and i cant use 2 devices at once otherwise the internet stops working all together help me please

hiya @_hanson12 has this problem just started happening?, since would need to run some checks on the hub first if you can goto http://192.168.0.1 clicking router status top right [no need to login] and if can copy/paste the downstream, upstream, network log

also with the connection is this via wired/wireless?, if wireless could you test the speed via wired

Sorry if that is confusing i couldnt do it any other way. the connection is wireless and i cant test it with wired sorry. Also The problem isnt just with one device it happens with phones,tablets,xbox etc. Thank you for replying

nothing really showing a miss on the hub signal, you could try and tweak the wifi settings via guide -> https://help.virginmedia.com/system/templates/selfservice/vm/help/customer/locale/en-GB/portal/20030...
