Hello, I've been experiencing internet problems since last Sunday. First time I called was told there is some upgrading work in progress and problems will be fixed soon. But nothing has changed then I called again. A guy tried to help me, unfortunately he couldn't fix it as well so I was told someone will come over on Friday between 12-16 to check on it. I took a day off but nobody showed up!!! What's next? Will I pay for the service I didn't use?
