Internet keeps dropping every hour or two for a few minutes

Hello

For the past 2 days my internet has been constantly dropping for like 10 + minutes every hour or two. It's driving me crazy and i have no idea why it is happening.  I restarted the hub and it still happens. Please help!

Third day still occuring =/ I also tried resetting to factory settings. Didn't fix it. Its happening for both wired and wireless.

Forum staff can take a few days to get to you. Post your power levels to see if there's anything obvious.

Open the hub GUI http://192.168.0.1

Don't log in just click the Router Status button or the text that says Router Status then copy and paste the downstream and upstream levels and logs.

Power levels all look good but the T1 and T3 errors would point to an upstream problem.

Forum team reply to the oldest post first, when you reply you put yourself at the back of the queue.

They will reply but can take up to a week.

just call them up, they should be able to sort it over the phone and is quicker then on this forum.

Hi S_C,

 

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

I'm sorry to read you are experiencing intermittent broadband connection.

 

On the day you posted there was a fault reported on your area which has since been closed as resolved. The line and network is now showing as fine with no errors.

 

If you are still having the same issue, can you post the network log from the router settings for us to check over please?
