Internet keeps disconnecting...

My internet connection keeps disconnecting, I use the superhub as a router, i reset hub many times but this do not help. This is really annoying because it's disconecting every 10minutes...I decided to look on Virgin Media Community for some help and I have noticed there seems to be quite a few people having the same problem.

How to fix this... ?
