Internet is constantly disconnecting

It is more offline than it is online. Has been happening for about a week. I know if the windows 10 problem and I've updated my windows 10 to the latest version. The hub is constantly disconnecting when it is online and has hours and hours of not being online. I don't see the point of my parents paying for a service that the majority of the time is never online.. I've followed the flushdns command instructions just now and waiting to see if I get another disconnection. There are no other service status problems for my area aside from the windows 10 issue.

Hi asapmarko, 

 

Thanks for letting us know that you're having troubles with your connection constantly disconnecting. I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tested things from here and I couldn't see anything out of the ordinary, no errors or time outs inside the Hub's logs and all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, how are you connected wired or wireless?

Also, what lights do you get on the Hub when the connection drops?

Please include a recent copy of your Hubs logs in your response for me to compare with the information we have here.
