Internet intermittently goes down

Hello,

My problem is my internet keeps going down at random times, I've taken logs of this but gave up because it kept becoming common.

Below are log details and upstream downstream details are there any problems you can see?

likely noise on the Docsis link in your area.

best to post the T# timeouts at around 11pm as the counter resets UTC time which in summer time is 1am but 11pm is best or before 12am

you can run a BQM and post here for VM to see when it happens but it would help if you use modem mode with your own wireless router setup.

Hello,

My internet signal also drops several times over the course of an evening, and right now it feels like this happens every evening.

I've seen members of the forum team responding to problems like this by booking an engineer to come out, how do I go about arranging this?
