Internet/hub 3.0 problem

Hi,

I got virgin installed last week. Been alright except a few disconnections here and there but I have had no Internet for a couple of hours now and my hub goes from white to white and green then to all green and just keeps doing that basically. Anyone help at all?

Sign in to my virgin media and check the status for your area, you can also run a test and if needed arrange an appointment for a visit from an engineer
