Internet dropping off

So fed up there last two weeks our internet drops out and we need to turn the hub off and on to get it back. This is happening at least once a day. I tried to log into the app but it says I'm logging in over WiFi but the WiFi is off hence the trying to find out. It's rubbish. Thinking of leaving it's just too much hassle.

Thanks for getting in touch! I am sorry to hear about your issues with your connection dropping off, I apologise for any inconvenience caused, I will do my best to help resolve this for you.

I have tested things from here and I can see that there's a number of time outs inside the Hubs logs, I would like to arrange for one of our engineers to attend and investigate things further for you. 

I will send you a PM (purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
